It is Ballinderry's 13th Derry crown in all and the match saw Oak Leaf old hand Enda Muldoon enter the fray as a second-half replacement to make his 12th county final appearance.
Ballinascreen made a sharp start, going 1-2 to 0-02 ahead thanks to midfielder Mickey McBride scoring a goal and a point.
Shamrocks then got a strong foothold however, netting 2-04 without reply, Darren Lawn and captain Michael McIvor scoring.
Daniel McKinless showed real bravery and was rewarded after going in and clinching Ballinderry's third goal.
Ballinascreen scored a second goal through Paul Burns right at the end, but it did not affect the final outcome.
Meanwhile Roslea won their third Fermanagh club title in the last four years after overcoming Belcoo on Sunday by three points at Brewster Park.
Roslea led by 1-05 to 0-05 at the half-time turn-around, Sean Quigley netting the goal.
Belcoo were on level terms six minutes into the second period however, with Stephen Maguire finding the net.
Belcoo squandered a great chance to gain the upper hand, when Paul McGrath saw his penalty saved by Roslea goalkeeper Sean Boyle.
That penalty miss on 47 minutes proved a key turning point in the match as Roslea closed out the win with Sean and Seamus Quigley amassing all seven of their second half points.
Final score Roslea 1-12 - 1-09 Belcoo.
