The Giants squash the Stingrays 5-2

The Belfast Giants continued their recent form to see off the Hull Stingrays at the Odyssey.

The Giants took command of the game and kept themselves one step ahead throughout the clash.

There were few surprises as the Elite League leaders took the basement Hull squad to task at every opportunity and simply outclassed them to take 5 goals.

To the Stingrays' credit, they gave a determined performance and their committed group of travelling fans had no difficulty in making themselves heard as they cheered the Stingrays on.

As a result of the convincing victory, the Giants remain the pack leaders of the Elite league.
