The pre-games event will be held at the Valley Leisure Centre, Newtownabbey, in November, as the race to qualify heats up.
Dominic Walsh from Sport NI said it will give some local players the chance to practice against the sport's elite.
"This is the ladies' team GB and the ladies' Spanish team coming here, and also some of the Irish team," Mr Walsh told UTV.
"We're also going to have our athletes sparring with them and learning tips."
One local player hoping for Olympic success is Northern Ireland's Na Liu, who is hotly tipped to be a member of Team GB next year.

"I haven't thought about that yet," she told UTV. "The first thing is trying to get on the team, then getting good results.
"Medals will be hard - but we still have a dream!"
