World champions South Africa will take on 2009 RBS 6 Nations winners Ireland at the new Aviva Stadium in Dublin next November.
The match on 6 November will mark the official opening of the new Aviva Stadium in Dublin, the new name for the redeveloped Lansdowne Road.
South Africa will meet all four 'home' nations this autumn.
The Springboks head to Cardiff's Millennium Stadium the following weekend to take on Wales before facing Scotland and England on November 20 and 27 respectively.
They are set to round off their tour against the Barbarians on December 4, but that fixture has not yet been fully confirmed.
