Martin Rogan's commonwealth heavyweight title re-match with Sam Sexton has been put back until 6 November.
The clash had originally been penciled in for 9 October in Belfast.
Rogan, 38, sustained a trapped nerve in his shoulder in training but has insisted the Odyssey Arena bout will go ahead.
Last month, Rogan opted to part ways with his trainer and manager John Breen.
The Belfast boxer lost the commonwealth heavyweight title to the Norwich fighter in controversial circumstances at the Odyssey in May.
Since then, the boxers traded insults at a press conference in Belfast in the run-up to their re-match.
