Mickey Harte's side face the danger of relegation to Division Two unless they start to pick up points.
Cork beat Tyrone by 1-13 to 0-11 in last year's GAA All-Ireland semi-final.
Harte has made two changes from the side that lost to Monaghan in Inniskeen last week.
