The Republic of Ireland will head into their decisive World Cup play-off clash with France at full strength.

There were no fresh injury problems for manager Giovanni Trapattoni as he conducted Monday morning's training session at Malahide's Gannon Park and continued his preparations for Wednesday night's must-win encounter at the Stade de France in Paris.

Assistant boss Marco Tardelli said: "We have no injuries and we have a very high morale. There are no problems we are ready for the next match."

Ireland will jet out to Paris on Tuesday trailing 1-0 in the tie after Saturday night's first leg defeat at Croke Park.

Nicolas Anelka's deflected 72nd-minute strike divides the two teams, who both know one of them is only 90 minutes - or possibly 120 if the Irish can take it to extra-time - away from next summer's finals in South Africa.
