There will be 13 changes in all from the Ulster team which beat Munster last week, with only Craig Gilroy and Callum Black keeping their places.
Meanwhile, Leinster have made eight alterations and Leo Cullen admits Pienaar's return will be a particular concern for his side.
"You know with a kicker like like Ruan Pienaar, someone that is accurate, we know we can't afford to keep giving those opportunities because he can slot a kick from inside his own half and out on the side line as well," he said.
Ulster will be looking to build on the confidence gained from last Saturday's surprise win at Thomond Park.
