They beat Armagh Harps by 0-8 to 0-4 at the Athletics grounds on Sunday.
It is the club's first county title in 17 years, their fourth in total.
The game was all-square at 0-4 apiece at half time, but Armagh harps failed to register a score in the second period.
Martin Cullen top-scored with 0-5 for the Ogs, and will now face Antrim champions St Gall's, who beat Cavan Gaels 1-12 to 1-10 after extra time in Sunday's Ulster Championship preliminary round.
Elsewhere Dromore beat Ardboe by a single point to lift the Tyrone Championship.
An injury time penalty from Colm McCullagh sealed a 1-14 to 1-13 win in a pulsating clash at Healey Park in Omagh.
Dromore will now play Monaghan Champions Clontibret in the Ulster Championship first round.
