Tyrone's Stephen O'Neill has claimed the third GAA All-Star award of his career.
The recipients of the awards were announced at Friday evening's All Star banquet at the Citywest hotel in Dublin.
O'Neill, who previously won the accolade in 2001 and 2005, was one of only two players from Ulster counties to receive the award.
Donegal full-back Karl Lacey picked up his second All-star, but it was All-Ireland champions Kerry who featured heaviest in the line-up with seven players named.
Former Aussie Rules star Tadhg Kennelly justified his return from Down Under with his first All- Star, while team-mates Diarmuid Murphy, Tom O'Sullivan, Tomás O Sé, Seamus Scanlon, Paul Galvin and Declan O'Sullivan also named.
2009's beaten finalists Cork picked up five all-stars, with Michael Shields, Graham Canty, John Miskella, Pearse O'Neill and Daniel Goulding all getting the nod.
Kildare midfielder Dermot Earley took the remaining spot.
