The 28-year-old's contract is on a rolling month-to-month deal.

Clingan was without a club after leaving Coventry City in the summer.

He was called into the Northern Ireland squad for their opening World Cup qualifiers against Russia and Luxembourg but wasn't selected for the game in Portugal earlier this month.

Clingan will be hoping to get some game time before Northern Ireland's next qualifier against Azerbaijan on 14 November at Windsor Park.
