Michael O'Neill's team now sit at 90th in the world ranking table.
They are two spots behind Azerbaijan, who inflicted an agonising 2-0 defeat on them in last week's World Cup qualifier in Baku.
Meanwhile the Republic of Ireland dropped one place to 60th.
Spain kept their place at the top of the list, followed by Germany, Argentina, Colombia, Belgium, Uruguay, Switzerland and the Netherlands.
England came in at a number 10, which confirms that they will not be seeded for the World Cup and face being drawn alongside one of the top seven countries or hosts Brazil.
