Seamus McEneaney, Monaghan Manager
The draw for Round Two of the GAA All Ireland Qualifiers has put Derry and Monaghan in direct opposition again.

The Ulster heavyweights met in the provincial championship in May, with Derry emerging as winners by a narrow margin.

Monaghan qualified for the second round after a one-point win over Armagh on Saturday night.

The other big game of the round will be the meeting of neighbours Westmeath and Meath.

Kerry will meet Longford, while Wicklow, who had a fine win over Fermanagh on Saturday night, will play Cavan.

All games will be played next Saturday.

GAA All-Ireland SFC Qualifiers Round Two:

  • Down v Laois
  • Monaghan v Derry
  • Longford v Kerry
  • Wexford v Roscommon
  • Tipperary v Sligo
  • Donegal v Clare
  • Westmeath v Meath
  • Wicklow v Cavan
