Northern Ireland's golfers are experiencing mixed fortunes on day three of the Irish Open in Killarney.
Michael Hoey had the best day, his round of 71 leaving him eight under par overall and five shots behind the leader Ross Fisher.
Darren Clarke finished the day a shot further behind after also posting a level par round.
Rory McIlroy started the day superbly and birdied the first two holes but slipped back to finish the day two under for the tournament after a disappointing round of 76.
US Open winner Graeme McDowell was the first of the local golfers in the clubhouse after a three under par round of 68 which left him three under.
