The Ultimate Strongman competition is happening at the Odyssey Arena in Belfast this weekend and 30 competitors from across the globe will be flexing their muscles as three champions are crowned, including the Masters World Strongest Man.
Glenn Ross, the current holder of that title, is organising the five day event and he said it gets bigger and bigger each year.
"It's a Belfast grown event - the UK's strongest man," he explained. "And now we've got a couple of world class events running alongside it.
"Like anything, the growth factor and Belfast people, Belfast support. We're here. We're here to stay. And we're here to get bigger"
The competition is being hosted by former television show Gladiator Oblivion - one of the biggest stars in the wrestling industry.
"These are guys working against nature," said the ex-Gladiator. "They're working against science. It's a huge struggle and it draws people because it's a super human thing. It's always for me very exciting to see. It's like let's see the most we can lift and the best we can be."
Due to injury, Glenn will not be able to defend his title this year - but that didn't stop him rising to the challenge of our own Marc Mallett.
"Well Glenn, I'm obviously not going to embarrass you for showing you up on the Titanic Hold," said the presenter. "So what about a game of mercy?"
The strongman replied: "Do you think your grip is good, Marc?"
"Yeah, ready," said Marc. "You say you've never been beaten before? Well there's a first time for everything! One - two - three..."
The pair locked hands but there was only one winner.
"What about that!" said the triumphant UTV man. However a crunching handshake from the champion soon brought the victory celebrations to an end...
