It was the club's first third division game at Ibrox and the Shire took an early lead through a Paul Quinn penalty - but the home side hit back to claim a comprehensive win.

Little even said he should have scored more.

"I probably could have had two," he said.

"I was delighted to get my first hat-trick. It was really special, especially at Ibrox.

"The gaffer told me at half-time to go out and try to get my hat-trick and I think I tried a wee bit too hard at the start of the second half.

"It's something I've wanted for a while and hopefully it's the first of many."

Well done our Andy! - scoring a hat trick against any team is quite an achievement and this could have been twice that. You will always get some sad loser who will criticise you when you're successful. Keep it up and score many more for the Rangers.

lets be honest it was hardly real madrid he scored against, it was a low ranking team.lets see if he can do it at a higher level?
