Second-placed Linfield will be missing Jamie Tomelty who is injured and Michael Carvill who is suspended. But Damien Curran is back after suspension.
Jeffrey has admitted being "highly impressed" with Coleraine when watching them in last week's CIS Cup semi-final against Dungannon.
"They're not just about Rory Patterson. He's certainly a very exciting player and his goal scoring feat has proved it so far," Jeffrey said ahead of the clash.
"But Jody Tolan and Tommy McCallion are two exciting players who inspire people around them.
"The work rate, effort and commitment as well as the talent are first class. Stephen Carson has electrifying pace so they have quality all over."
The Blues stormed into second place in the Premiership on Saturday after a five-goal blitz against Lisburn Distillery.
They will be vying to steal a march in the title race if leaders Cliftonville slip up on Tuesday night.
The Reds have a difficult test at Ballymena United, after being held to a draw by a resilient Newry City side on Saturday.
