Oran Keanrey has signed a new deal to remain as manager of Carling Premiership side Coleraine until 2015.

The ex-Linfield midfeilder took up the role at the Showgrounds just under a year ago and has led a revival that has seen them move into the top four in the League and into the Irn-Bru League Cup Final with Crusaders at the end of the month.

He was also named Carling Manager of the Month for December.

Kearney previously managed Limavady United, before succeeding David Platt as Bannsiders boss in February last year - he has only lost seven of the 48 games in which he has been in charge, with Coleraine currently on a 12-game unbeaten run.

Coleraine's General Manager Dessie Brown was delighted with the deal.

"This new contract is a fitting reward for the work Oran has done since he arrived at the club and a sign of his commitment to Coleraine in the long-term."

Future Windsor supremo hopefully. A guy who understands how to play football on the deck. Was a great servant to Linfield and has Coleraine fighting above their weight. Congrats on the monthly award and new contract Oran.

A GENTLEMAN, WHO HAS DONE WELL AS A MANAGER SINCE HE LEFT LFC. I HOPE HE CONTINUES TO DO WELL, APART FROM WHEN HIS TEAM PLAYS LFC.
