Captain William Porterfield led by example with 104 not out from 133 balls, hammering 13 boundaries at Centurion.
He shared an 89-run partnership with Gary Wilson before Wilson became the only wicket to fall in the 25th over, caught at third man off the bowling of Sandeep Jyoti.

Niall O'Brien joined Porterfield at the crease and also made 38, remaining unbeaten with three boundaries in his 55-ball innings.
