Phil Simmons' side were struggling at 97-5 and 107-6 but John Mooney's 86 and an innings of 57 from Niall O'Brien helped them post a total of 241.
Namibia were quickly in trouble in reply and rarely looked like reaching their victory target.
Gerrie Snyman top scored with 61 while Alex Cusack was the best of the Irish bowlers with a return of 3-29 from 7.4 overs.
Boyd Rankin, George Dockrell and Trent Johnston all claimed two wickets as the visitors were dismissed for 215 in the 49th over.
The sides meet again at Stormont on Tuesday.
