Kevin Hughes has become the latest player to call time on his Tyrone inter-county GAA career.

The Killeeshil clubman won man of the match as Tyrone took their inaugural All-Ireland title against Armagh in 2003.

He joins Brian Dooher, Philip Jordan, Enda McGinley, Brian McGuigan and Ciaran Gourley in stepping down from Mickey Harte's panel recently.

Hughes was not a part of the Red Hand County's 2005 All-Ireland win over Kerry, however he did return as part of the side that avenged that defeat in 2008.
