Newry City are without a manager after Gerry Flynn resigned on Tuesday.
Flynn stepped down following Newry's 2-1 win over Coleraine.
He had been with the club for two and a half years, having joined as Roy Coyle's replacement in January 2007.
Flynn cited personal reasons for his decision to step away from the post, as well as other issues which he said "came to the boil" over the weekend and on Tuesday night.
Newry underwent a major boardroom change at the beginning of this year, with Paul McKenna taking on the chairman's role in place of Alan Williams.
City finished in the bottom half of the table last season, but secured a place in the CIS Cup final, where they were beaten by then-Championship side Portadown.
This season they are currently in seventh place in the league, four points behind leaders Crusaders.
