The Dungannon rider took the chequered flag in the 500cc Classic event , following on from his victory in the 350cc Classic race on Monday.
Elsewhere, Belfast rider Joe Phillips finished second in Wednesday's Supertwins race.
However, Phillips was critical of organisers for allowing the race to go ahead in difficult weather conditions.
