The closest game came at Healy Park where Errigal defeated Ballinderry by a single point, 0-11 to 0-10.
The first half ended with the teams level at five points apiece.
But the Tyrone champions fired over five points without reply.
After Collie Devin had equalised following a Ballinderry comeback Thomas Canavan sent over the winning point from a stoppage time free.
St Gall's were more emphatic winners over Tempo at Brewster park in Enniskillen winning on a 1-15 to 0-9 scoreline.
The Antrim side led by 12 points at the break and never looked back after Aodhan Gallagher found the net in the first half despite a brave fightback from the Fermanagh champions.
St Galls will now meet Down champions Kilcoo who defeated Ballybay by six points, 0-13 to 0-7, Paul Devlin top-scoring with a personal tally of 0-6.
