Three first half goals scored by Paddy Richmond, Gareth Mc Ghee and Darren Quinn helped Dunloy to a 3-6 to 0-7 interval lead.
When Richmond and Gregory O'Kane added further points after the restart, the game was as good as over.
Cushendall closed the gap to six points but Neil McManus's late goal proved to be only of consolation value.
Meanwhile in the Down Senior Hurling final Ballycran finished up 1-14 to 0-12 to Ballygalgot.
