Stephen Ferris, Rory Best, Tom Court and Andrew Trimble are all set to return to the squad, having missed the win over Munster at the weekend, due to their involvement in an Ireland training camp.
D'Arcy told UTV the squad is in good form.
"After last week, we're very confident so we need to go over there and win again to keep our hopes alive in the competition."
He added: "It's a good game to gear up for the next week - the following two Heineken Cup games are very big games for us."
