Lisburn Distillery's search for their first league win of the season continues after they fell to a late defeat against Coleraine.
An own goal by Stuart Thompson gave the Bannsiders a much needed victory in a match which at one stage looked likely to be abandoned after a floodlight failure at half-time.
The fault was eventually fixed and the second period restarted after a 25-minute delay.
It looked like the lights were going out early for the Whites as Coleraine came racing out of the traps.
They took the lead after only four minutes when Tommy McCallion's quick throw-in caught the visitors napping and David McClements scored his first goal for the club with a clever angled lob.
Four minutes later Glenn Ferguson limped out of the action after landing awkwardly and 60 seconds later Eunan O'Kane smashed a shot off the crossbar with Philip Matthews well beaten.
It was all Coleraine at this stage and they had chances to make the points safe, with McClements and Richard Gibson going close.
It was 20 minutes before Distillery, led by temporary bosses Harry Fay and Tony Gorman, created an opening, Davy O'Hare saving Neal Gawley's effort from outside the box.
That signalled a turnaround and for the remainder of the half, it was the team at the foot of the table who made most of the running.
They levelled on 23 minutes when Gary Browne, a replacement for the injured Ferguson, curled a free-kick into the roof of the net after Paddy McLaughlin had upended the impressive Gareth Corey.
Corey headed narrowly over from an Andy Kilmartin corner and 10 minutes before the interval came the game's most controversial moment.
Corey appeared to be tripped inside the box by Kyle McVey but referee Trevor Moutray ignored the strong appeals and instead brandished a yellow card to Corey for diving.
The second half was a hard fought affair with few chances and the game was in the balance up until the closing stages.
With just nine minutes remaining Coleraine grabbed the all important winner and Distillery will be cursing their luck.
Substitute Darren Boyce did well to break into the box and reach the by-line and when his low cross eluded Matthews, the unfortunate Thompson could only turn the ball into the back of his own net.
A morale-boosting win for Coleraine and a sucker punch for the Whites who, if they co ntinue to play like this, will find that elusive first win is not too far away.
