It was a case of a job well done for Cliftonville at Stangmore Park as they maintained their title challenge in second place, still four points behind Linfield.

Dungannon Swifts 0 - 2 Cliftonville
Eddie Patterson's men laid the foundations for a merited victory after just thirteen minutes.
The move started when Ryan Catney's pass found George McMullan who threaded the ball forward to Chris Scannell, whose execution was far from impressive - but nonetheless effective for all that.
Receiving the ball inside a crowded 18-yard area, Scannell scuffed his despatch shot but the ball crossed the line as Alvin Rouse reacted a little bit slowly and failed to get his foot to it.
An unusually lethargic Swifts team struggled to create chances and, at times, even found it difficult to get out of their half, Timmy Adamson with a rare opportunity but failing to trouble Cliftonville keeper John Connolly.
Heading towards halftime Chris Morgan disappointingly squandered two attempts, one either side of an opening that fell for Alain Emerson but with a shot that went straight towards Connolly.
Scannell could have doubled the lead on the resumption, but his long lob was just off target after beating advancing keeper Rouse.
Morgan then missed again from inside the six-yard box after meeting a cross from Mickey Ward, Adamson then rushing his shot when firing wide, while McIlmoyle was also sadly off target.
The home side were punished for all their misses when a terrific passing movement ended with Scannell laying the ball off for Liam Boyce to score a terrific clinching goal with seven minutes left.
