The pre season match will be played on Saturday 28 July at Solitude.
It will be the first visit of Neil Lennon's men to the Belfast club since October 2009, when they were beaten 3-0, with two goals from Chris Scannell.
Confirming details of the tie, Reds boss Tommy Breslin said: "Fixtures like this don't come around every day and, when you're lucky enough to find yourself up against a team and a Club as famous as Celtic, you naturally want to do the very best that you can.
"Some of the lads will have been fortunate in so much as they were also involved in the 130th Anniversary game a few years back so, while it's not quite a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity as such, it's still an occasion to be relished, savoured and remembered.
"I know our supporters enjoyed the bragging rights over local Celtic fans and they'll be keen to remind them that we won 3-0 last time, so I'm sure Celtic will want to put things right in what promises to be another entertaining clash between our two clubs."
Cliftonville said ticketing arrangements will be announced in due course.
