Clarke and Hoey maintain South Africa challenge

Darren Clarke and Michael Hoey of Northern Ireland have kept up their challenge in the top half of the leaderboard at Golf's Africa Open in South Africa.

Dungannon's Clarke carded a 3 under par 70 after his 69 on Thursday.

Hoey scored a 72 on Friday to add to his first round score of 68.

He's six under for the tournament.

A second consecutive 66 from home player Trevor Fisher Junior has him a shot clear at the top.
