Republic of Ireland manager Giovanni Trapattoni believes Fabio Capello's experience will help guide England through their current difficulties.

Following a near-faultless qualifying campaign, England have seen their build-up for the World Cup finals in South Africa hampered by the off-field headlines which cost John Terry the captaincy and also led to defender Wayne Bridge making himself unavailable for selection.
On Saturday, Bridge refused to shake the hand of former friend and teammate Terry before the match between Manchester City and Chelsea.
Trapattoni, though, feels his fellow Italian will take everything in his stride.
Asked if the problems would affect Capello's approach, the Republic coach said: "I do not think so, because Fabio, like me, has 30 years of experience in football.
"We know what we need and we wish for the best squad we can have.
"However, in football, we have had this situation many times, and we go on the same.
"It is also an opportunity to know better the potential of our players, because international football is a different situation.
"These things have happened in the past, and also will maybe do in the future."
