Tommy Bowe will return to action on Friday night for the first time since November.
He is set to start on the right wing after recovering from a leg injury, joined by Jared Payne at fullback and by winger Rory Scholes, who makes his first senior start for the province.
Luke Marshall and Darren Cave are in the midfield, while Paddy Jackson is at outhalf and Ruan Pienaar moves to his more familiar position at scrumhalf.
Callum Black is up front at loosehead with Rob Herring at Hooker and Ricky Lutton at tighthead.
Captain Johann Muller is on the second row with Iain Henderson, and Robbie Diack, Sean Doyle and Roger Wilson all start in an unchanged back row.
Nick Williams was unavailable for selection amid an internal investigation into an "unauthorised absence", after the player was believed to have travelled home to New Zealand last week without permission, missing the Treviso game on Sunday in the process.
Friday night's game kicks off at 7.05pm at Ravenhill.
