The Orchard County girls were 1-12 to 1-5 winners over Waterford in the Intermediate final.
"We kicked a lot of wides in the first half but during my half time talk I told the girls to keep shooting," said Armagh manager James Daly.
"We did enough to win the game and though we can play better we are just delighted to have won."
Waterford had threatened a second-half comeback when they were awarded a penalty late on which could have reduced the gap to four points.
But Armagh goalkeeper Catherine McAlinden made a comfortable save and then pulled off a couple of other stops near the end.
In the curtain raiser, Antrim easily defeated Louth 3-9 to 0-7 to lift the junior title.
The result saw the Saffrons reverse the result of the teams' meeting in the National League.
"I am just so proud to be wearing this jersey here today and I would like to thank all the girls and the management team for all the hard work they put in to make it possible," said Antrim captain Clare Timoney afterwards.
The outcome was never in much doubt after Antrim turned round with the benefit of a 2-3 to 0-2 half time lead Antrim extended their lead after the break and Kirsty McGuinness's late goal sealed victory.
That score ended a remarkable nine days for McGuinness who was part of the Glentoran Belfast United team that won the Coca Cola ladies soccer cup last weekend.
