Woman suffers head injuries in attack

A woman has suffered head injuries after she was attacked in Bangor, Co Down.

The 24-year-old had to be taken to hospital for treatment following the incident in the Jubilee Court area at around 1.30am on Sunday. She is now in a stable condition.
Police have arrested a 20-year-old man on suspicion of GBH with intent.
He is currently being questioned.
Anyone with more information has been asked to come forward.
