A 58-year-old woman has been seriously injured after three cars crashed in Lurgan, Co Armagh.

It happened shortly before 8pm on Tuesday in the Banbridge Road area, closed to the Lurgan Elim Church.

The woman has been taken to hospital for treatment.

Police said the road has been closed to traffic.

Anyone who witnessed the collision has been asked to contact officers.
