If the PSNI wasn't full of university fall outs and had more experienced officers we wouldn't have theses issues. Officers not knowing the differance between a real device and something just sitting in the street. Policing in Northern Ireland is a shambles of a police force. All this community policing and run by politician / terrorist needs to change. This might work in other UK cities but its clear it isn't in Northern Ireland.
