Cocaine, ecstasy and amphetamines with a street value of £226,000 were recovered during searches at a number of locations in the Coleraine and Ballymena areas on Friday.
A replica firearm and five vehicles were also seized during the planned operation by detectives from the PSNI's Organised Crime Branch.
A PSNI spokeswoman said police believe the vehicles were used in the course of committing serious crime, "namely the supply of controlled drugs".
A 26-year-old man has been charged with possession of Class B controlled drugs; possession of Class B controlled drugs with intent to supply; supply of Class B controlled drugs; possession of Class A controlled drug; possession of Class A controlled drugs with intent to supply and being concerned in the supply of Class B controlled drugs.
A 38-year-old man has been charged with possession of Class B controlled drugs; possession of Class B controlled drugs with intent to supply; possession of Class A controlled drugs and possession of Class A controlled drugs with intent to supply.
They are due to appear at North Antrim Magistrates' Court in Coleraine on Monday.
