Two charged over Ardoyne riot

Two men have been arrested and charged in connection with violence which broke out in north Belfast on the Twelfth of July.

One of the men, aged 19, is accused of riotous assembly, assault on police and breach of bail.

He's due to appear before Laganside Magistrates' Court on Friday.

The other man, aged 25, is charged with riotous assembly and criminal damage.

He's due in court on 16 August.

Two men aged 19 and 25 were arrested last night for offences related to the trouble in the Ardoyne on the 12th of July.
