Two charged over £5m cocaine seizure

Two men have been charged with several drugs offences after a £5m pound cocaine seizure in Belfast.

The pair aged 38 and 47 are accused of possession of class a drugs, possession with intent to supply, conspiracy to supply class a drugs and being concerned in the supply of class a drugs.

The haul was discovered yesterday after two cars were stopped on the Boucher road.

The pair are due to appear at Laganside Magistrates Court on Monday.

A 29 year old man also arrested remains in police custody.
