Two charged after Derry trouble

Two men, including an 18-year-old, have been charged after police were attacked during rioting in the Shantallow area of Londonderry.

Youths built a barricade in the middle of the road and set it on fire in Moss Park at around 10.30pm on Thursday.
Police officers escaped injury when missiles were thrown at them as the PSNI responded to the disorder.
A 43-year-old man who has been charged with riotous behaviour and several other offences is expected to appear at Londonderry Magistrates' Court on Saturday.
An 18-year-old man has also been charged with riotous behaviour to appear in court next week.
