Mr Brady died following a crash between a tractor pulling a trailer and a lorry on the Killybracken Road, Dungannon at around 10.20am.

He was from the Caledon area of Co Tyrone and died at the scene. It's thought Mr Brady was a passenger in the tractor.

Two people have been arrested.

A 50-year-old man, believed to be the driver of the lorry, was subsequently arrested in relation to the incident. He is currently assisting police with their enquiries.

A 43-year-old man, believed to have been driving the tractor, was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment for his injuries. He was arrested on Wednesday evening.

The westbound A4 between Dungannon and Ballygawley has been closed while investigations take place.

Police have advised motorists to seek an alternative route.

Lord Maurice Morrow, DUP MLA for Fermanagh and South Tyrone, said that he believed there was livestock in the trailer at the time of the crash.

"I would extend my thoughts, prayers and sympathy to the family at this time. It is a tragedy."

The police have appealed for anyone with information to contact them.
