Seventeen main Twelfth parades will take place across Northern Ireland - including flagship events at three of those locations.
Flagship proceedings will get underway in the Co Armagh village of Markethill at 9.30am; in Larne, Co Antrim, at 11am; and in Limavady, Co Londonderry, at 11.30am.
The demonstration in Belfast will start at 10am on Saturday, with the PSNI warning that disruption is likely across the city - even beyond the main parade route.
"On Saturday morning, there will also be a number of feeder parades taking place at various locations across the city that will require the implementation of some temporary traffic restrictions," a spokeswoman said.
"Drivers and members of the public should also be aware that a barrier will be erected in the Middlepath Street area on Saturday afternoon and traffic disruption should be expected in the area from around 2pm.
"Police will attempt to keep disruption to a minimum throughout the day and any road closures/diversions will be lifted as soon as possible."
Among the road closures will be the Crumlin Road/Woodvale Road from 7.45am to 8.45am; the lower Crumlin Road/Clifton Street/Donegall Street/Royal Avenue from 9am to 11.30am and the Springfield Road from 9am to 10am.
Delays are also expected in the Whitewell Road/Alexander Park Avenue/York Road/Royal Avenue/Blacks Road areas from 7am to 9am and in the Shankill Road/Peters Hill/North Street areas from 10.15am to 11am.
Road closures and delays are also expected in the same locations during evening return parades.
Other Twelfth of July demonstrations will be held in Kilkeel (11am); Ballinderry (11.30am); Newtownards, Gilford, Clough, Omagh, Ballygawley, and Broughshane (all noon); Irvinestown, Dungannon, Ballymena, and Cullybackey (all 12.30pm); and Ballymoney (1pm).
Belfast: Outward Parade
Will assemble at Carlisle Circus - procession to start at 10am.
Route - Carlisle Circus, Clifton Street, Donegall Street, Royal Avenue, Donegall Place, Donegall Square North - short service at the cenotaph in grounds of City Hall - Donegall Square West, Bedford Street, Dublin Road, Shaftesbury Square, Bradbury Place, Lisburn Road, Balmoral Avenue, Malone Road, Barnett Demesne.
Belfast: Return Parade
Will start at 4.15pm - return to Carlisle Circus.
Route - Barnett Demesne, Malone Road, Balmoral Avenue, Lisburn Road, Bradbury Place, Shaftesbury Square, Dublin Road, Bedford Street, Donegall Square West, Donegall Square North, Donegall Place, Royal Avenue, Donegall Street, Clifton Street, Carlisle Circus.
Clough: Outward Parade
Will start at 12:30pm.
Route - Newcastle Road, Main Street, the Square, Castlewellan Road, Dundrum Road.
Clough: Return Parade
Will commence shortly after 4pm.
Route - Newcastle Road, Seaforde, via Dundrum Road, Main Street, Newcastle Road.
Diversions will be in place and will be signposted. There will be a strict 'no parking' policy on the Belfast Road as this will be a designated bus parking area.
Ards: Outward Parade
Will start at noon.
Route - John Street, Donard Avenue, Circular Road, Mill Street, Frederick Street, Regent Street, Francis Street, Windmill Row, East Street, Zion Place, Georges Street, Upper Movilla Street, Queen Street, Upper Greenwell Street, New Road, Portaferry Road, Castle Street, Castle Place, High Street, South Street, Comber Road, Derryhall Playing Fields.
Diversions will be in place and will be signposted. Newtownards Market will remain open as normal.
Ards: Return Parade
Will start at 4:30pm.
Route - Comber Road, South Street, Mill Street, Gibson's Lane, Regent Street and Frances Street.
Host district will then split and remaining districts will parade to the bus pick up points at Portaferry Road and Bangor Road. Host district will continue along: Georges Street, New Road, Portaferry Road, Castle Place, High Street and Conway Square for dispersal.
Ballinderry: Outward Parade
Will leave Tansy Road assembly field at 11.30am.
Route - Glenavey Road (A26), North Street, Lower Ballinderry Road to demonstration field just past Brackenhill Road.
Ballinderry: Return Parade
Will leave demonstration field at 4.30pm.
Route - Lower Ballinderry Road, North Street, Glenavey Road (A26), Tansy Road.
Disruption on A26 (Glenavy Road) between Moira/M1 Roundabout and Nutts Corner Roundabout expected from 9.30am to 6pm. A26 will close to traffic at around 10.30am and re-open around 6pm. Through traffic will be diverted through Lisburn. Other minor roads will also close around 10.30am.
Parking - will be available at demonstration field and in a field on opposite side of the road. Limited parking also available at assembly field.
Those travelling to Belfast International Airport particularly advised to leave extra time for journey.
Larne: Outward Parade
Will assemble from 9.30am on: Inver Road, Church Road, Glynn Road and Station Road. Parade will commence between 10.30am and 11am.
Route - Bridge Street, High Street, Upper Main Street, Main Street, Agnew Street, Old Glenarm Road, Herbert Avenue, Greenland Drive, Newington Ave, Glenarm Road, Curran Road, Bay Road, Chaine Memorial Road, Rugby Road, Sandy Bay Playing Fields.
Larne: Return Parade
Will start at approx 3.30pm.
Route - Bay Park, Curran Road, Main Street, Upper Main Street, High Street, Bridge Street, Station Road, Circular Road.
Some parking restrictions will be in place - local residents affected will be advised of relevant times. Diversions will be in place at Rectory Road, Glynn and the Antiville roundabout. Will be necessary to close some roads in and around the town.
Dungannon: Travel Advice
Parade will move off at noon - makes its way around Dungannon town before entering demonstration field at Tunnel Lodge.
Roads close from 11.45am.
Belfast-bound traffic - diverted at Circular Road/Killyman Road junction, to travel via Killyman village.
Cookstown and Dungannon town centre-bound traffic - diverted at Far Circular Road, via Killyman Road and Circular Road.
Parking - available in Orange Field off Moy Road.
Irvinestown: Travel Advice
Motorists travelling between Omagh and Enniskillen can avoid Irvinestown by travelling via Kesh or Ballinamallard.
Parking facilities - available at the Bawnarce, with access via Necarne white gates on Enniskillen Road. Will also be a parking field on Kesh Road, directly opposite demonstration field.
Omagh: Travel Advice
Omagh to Londonderry traffic will not be affected - drivers should allow extra time for their journey as a precaution.
Ballygawley to Cookstown/Gortin traffic will be diverted at Omagh Meats, travelling along Bankmore Road, New Hospital Link Road, Donaghanie Road, Hospital Road.
No parking along left-hand side of Campsie Road, from junction of Drumragh Avenue to Swinging Bars Roundabout (Texaco side) or on High Street from junction of Bridge Street to John Street.
Disabled parking - at suitable locations along the route and in Dunnes car park.
Ballygawley: Travel Advice
Parade will move off from Old Omagh Road at noon - makes its way to demonstration field on Old Dungannon Road. Roads close from noon, but two main roundabouts will not be affected.
Parking - available throughout Ballygawley.
Limavady: Travel Advice
Route - through centre of town.
Local traffic will be facilitated, but disruption expected. Motorists advised to seek alternative routes to the by-pass, while those attending should follow directions of police officers and parade marshals.
Londonderry: Travel Advice
Parades to take place prior to departure of bands and lodges to demonstration in Limavady and upon return.
City lodges will parade between Clooney Terrace and Bishop Street between 8.30am and 9.30am. On their return from Limavady, there will be a similar parade between about 6pm and 7pm.
Parades should take no longer than 5mins to pass any given point.
Gilford/ Markethill/Kilkeel: Travel Advice
Motorists not attending demonstrations are advised to avoid the areas.
Feeder parades across the district will cause localised traffic disruption in the morning and evening.
Motorists can expect delays and should leave extra time for their journeys.
