The pair, aged 34 and 42, were detained under the Terrorism Act in Coleraine on Monday morning.

They are being questioned at Antrim Serious Crime Suite.

Another man, aged 47, was also arrested in the town on Monday.

He is being questioned in connection with an attack in Portrush.

In one incident on Monday 18 November, a 15-year-old boy was shot in both legs after three masked men entered a house in Glebe Avenue in Coleraine.

It's believed he underwent surgery to remove at least one bullet from his leg.

A number of people were previously arrested as part of the police investigation, but no one has been charged.
