The PSNI has issued a warning to building suppliers alerting them over credit card fraud.

A police statement said: "Information would suggest that people are ordering building goods which are collected and delivered by couriers, mainly to the Manchester area.

"Multiple credit cards are used and the transactions are later found to be fraudulent and the supplier forced to repay the money by the card provider."

Detectives are appealing to anyone who believes they have been a victim of this type of fraud to report the matter to them on the non-emergency number 101.
