Police have appealed for information after clothing was found discarded on the shores of Lough Neagh in Portadown, Co Armagh on Monday.

A grey Remus suit, shirt, tie and black boxer shorts were found at the water's edge close to the Columbkille Road by a member of the public at around 11am.

Police carried out a search of the area, however, nothing was found.

A local PSNI inspector appealed for the public's help in providing information in relation to the find.

Police can be contacted on the non-emergency number 101.
