Cannabis plants with a possible street value of over £63k were seized at Iniscarn Close, Knockmore on Monday afternoon during a search carried out by the PSNI under the Misuse of Drugs Act.
Cannabis cultivation equipment was also found.
Chief Inspector Darrin Jones, Lisburn Area Commander, said: "Information provided by local people can help us to identify properties were drugs activity may be taking place and carry out searches.
"It can also help us track down those involved in drugs distribution in the local area and assist in building up sufficient evidence to shut down their activities and take them off the streets," he added.
"I continue to urge local people to bring any concerns they have about drugs, drug dealing or any other issue to us."
