Shots have been fired at a house in north Belfast.

It is understood that two shots were fired at a window of the house at Glenbank Parade, just off Crumlin Road, on Friday night shortly before 7.30pm.

A police spokesperson said: "There was no one in the house at the time of the incident."

Police are appealing for anyone who may have noticed any suspicious activity in the area or anyone who has any information to contact them.
