With the amount of recent fatal road accidents it is time N. Ireland had a dedicated Air Ambulance staffed by trauma doctors and critical care paramedics. I have seen first hand the difference these specialist medics can make on the UK mainland, and more lives could be saved. My condolences to the family of the woman that died.
