'Hoax' alert at Belfast PSNI station

A security alert at Woodbourne Police Station in west Belfast has ended.

A suspect object was found at the station located on Suffolk Road on Thursday afternoon.

Following a controlled explosion carried out by army bomb experts, the object was declared a hoax.

Parts of Suffolk Road and Stewartstown Road were closed for several hours but have now reopened to traffic.
