About 9,500 savers were hit by the failure of the PMS in Northern Ireland, which was put into administration in November 2008.
It is thought the organisation lost more then £50m due to the economic downturn.
Mr Robinson is expected to urge Gordon Brown to compensate those affected during their Downing Street meeting.
In March the Prime Minister promised savers protection when any UK financial institution gets into trouble.
But more than seven months after the PMS collapsed, none of its savers have been compensated.
The government has insisted they were not savers, but investors with shares in the society.
Stormont deputy first minister Martin McGuinness has also urged action to help PMS members.
Last week Mr McGuinness met Mr Brown about devolution of policing and justice powers to the Northern Ireland Assembly.
